PHONE REQUIREMENTS
Please read the list below to ensure that your phone meets the requirements for selling. We ask that you read these requirements to ensure that we can give you the best offer possible.
1. The phone cannot be more than approximately 4 years old – Unfortunately, as technology gets older, its value depreciates. Most phones older than 4 years have little to no value, making it impossible for us to give a good cash offer. While we cannot buy these phones, we always accept them to hand over to a local recycling service.
2. We will not buy stolen phones – Stolen phones can be tracked. DiggyMobile does not participate in any kinds of illegal activity. If a phone is stolen, we do not want it.
3. Any phone being sold with a BAD ESN must be clearly noted – CDMA based networks such as Verizon and Sprint keep track of their phones through its Electronic Serial Number, not a SIM card. If a phone is not removed from the account, it cannot be activated. While we can still sell some of these phones, their value is lower. We need to know if the ESN is clean or bad.
